I’ve been in and out of upwork for about 2 years now because I always give up after not finding jobs.

I’ve consistently submitted proposals everyday for a week now and someone reached out to me yesterday asking for a sample script. Although, he hasn’t said anything after that.
Also do I send the job I’ve done to the client before they pay?

Is there something i’m doing wrong or do I just need to keep on submitting proposals?
