By signing up to be a Partner in the TechWriteable Partnership program, You are agreeing to be bound by the following terms and conditions. These TechWriteable Partnership Program Terms (“Agreement”) constitute a legal agreement between TechWriteable hereinafter referred to as (“TechWriteable” “We” or “Us”) and You hereinafter referred to as (“Partner” or “You”). This Agreement governs Your participation in the TechWriteable Partnership Program. Do not continue with the signup process or participate in the Program if You disagree with any of the provisions of this Agreement. 

 1. QUALIFICATION

To participate in the TechWriteable Partnership Program, You must apply on the partnership program website and be approved by Us. Applicants must 

  • Have an active and relevant platform (blog, website, social media).
  • Have a loyal and established audience.
  • Read and agreed to the TechWriteable Partnership Program Terms and Conditions.
  • Be at least 18 years old.

2. ENROLLMENT

  • To enroll in this Program, You must submit a completed application form. We’ll require You to fill in Your full legal name and a valid email address, include valid links or names to Your platform(s), and provide other information to complete the signup. We reserve the right to approve or reject any application at Our sole discretion. 
  • If Your application is approved, You will receive a unique partner link to use to promote Our courses. Your continued right to participate in the TechWriteable Partnership Program relies on Your ongoing compliance with the terms and conditions of this Agreement (and our Privacy Policy). 

3. PARTNER RESPONSIBILITIES 

As a Partner, You agree to: 

  • Promote Our courses using the unique partner link provided. 
  • Refrain from making false or misleading statements about TechWriteable’s Courses or Services or making any misrepresentation concerning the specifications, features, capabilities, and applicable warranties of the products or promotional materials We provide to You. 
  • Avoid any form of spamming or unauthorized use of Our trademarks, banners, content, and images. 
  • Not engage in any practices that could harm the reputation of TechWriteable. 
  • Not use the TechWriteable Partnership Program for any illegal or unauthorized purpose(s). 
  • Be compliant with every trade and regulatory requirement(s) that may apply to Your participation in the TechWriteable Partnership Program (for example, by clearly stating You are a TechWriteable Partner on Your websites where You make a Partner link available). 
  • Not use Your Partner Link to purchase TechWriteable products for Yourself, Your relatives, or Your employees.
  • Not use fraudulent mechanisms such as offering non-approved incentives to encourage purchases or signups. 
  • Not promote TechWriteable or TechWriteable Services on any gambling websites, websites with adult content, hate, violent, defamatory content, or any other content that TechWriteable considers offensive or inappropriate or in any manner that violates the rights of any Third Party or Applicable Laws. Upon request, You agree to provide TechWriteable with any information regarding Your promotional methods of TechWriteable Services. 
  • Provide Us with documents and information reasonably requested within five (5) days to investigate unauthorized or potentially fraudulent activities associated with Your account or Partnership Links. 

4. MEMBERSHIP STRUCTURE 

  • Free Partner: Free members can join the partnership without any financial commitment. 
  • Enterprise Partner: These are special candidates or organizations with a large community of potential buyers. For special considerations, they can reach out to partnerships@techwriteable. 

5. COMMISSIONS 

  • Commission Structure: Partners will earn a commission on sales of courses generated through their unique Partner Link. Our system tracks every purchase and user interaction for up to 30 days. The current commission rate is 50% for Free Partners and a special, negotiable rate for Enterprise Partners. 
  • Minimum Payout: The minimum payout threshold is 15,000 naira. If Your earned commissions are below this threshold, they will be carried over to the next payment cycle.
  • Sign Up Bonus: Registration to join the Partnership Program earns You a bonus of 5,000 naira effective from September 11, 2024. 
  • Payment Terms: Commissions will be paid out via bank transfer on the last day of the month. To receive payment, You must provide bank account information that matches Your individual or company’s name at registration. 
  • Updates: Our commission structure may be updated from time to time and reposted on the TechWriteable website or any of Our platforms. Any update will become effective immediately after We post it. Continued participation after any such update constitutes your acceptance of the revised commission levels and terms. 
  • Reverse Commission and Participation: We reserve the right to freeze, void, or reverse any or all commission at any time and for any reason and without warning, including, but not limited to, any actual or suspected breach of this Agreement. If We notice any suspicious activities, We shall suspend commission payments until We are able to verify the transaction. 

6. TRACKING AND REPORTING 

  • We will track sales made through Your partner link and provide access to a dashboard where You can view your performance, including sales and commissions. 
  • Tracking accuracy is crucial, but We are not liable for tracking failures resulting from technical issues or other factors beyond our control. 

7. TERM AND TERMINATION 

  • This Agreement will commence upon Your acceptance into the TechWriteable Partnership Program and continue until terminated by either party. 
  • Either party may terminate this Agreement at any time, with or without cause, by providing written notice to the other party. Upon termination, You can no longer access Your  Partner Link or dashboard, and any unpaid or potential commissions will be forfeited. 
  • All rights to use Your link, any TechWriteable materials, documentation, or trademarks will immediately be terminated. 
  • Upon termination of this Agreement, all provisions regarding indemnification, warranty, liability and limits thereon, and confidentiality and protection of proprietary rights and trade secrets and any provisions which expressly or by their nature are required to survive such termination to achieve their purpose shall so survive until it shall no longer be necessary for them to survive to achieve their purpose. 

8. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY 

  • All content, logos, trademarks, and course materials provided to You as part of the TechWriteable Partnership Program remain the property of TechWriteable. Your use of the TechWriteable Marks is subject to the usage guidelines made available by TechWriteable from time to time. 
  • We shall immediately terminate the license to use TechWriteable Marks if We reasonably believe that any of Your use dilutes, tarnishes, or blurs the value of our Marks. 
  • You are granted a non-exclusive, and revocable license to use these materials solely to promote Our courses within the terms of this Agreement.  
  • You acknowledge and agree that Your use of the TechWriteable Marks will not create any right, title, or interest in or to the TechWriteable Marks other than the license as outlined in this section. 
  • You will not challenge the validity or attempt to register any of the TechWriteable Marks or Your interest therein as a licensee. You will not adopt derivative or confusingly similar names, brands, or marks or create any combination marks with the TechWriteable Marks. 
  • You acknowledge Our ownership and exclusive right to use the TechWriteable Marks and agree that all goodwill arising from using the TechWriteable Marks shall inure to TechWriteable’s benefit. 
  • You agree that TechWriteable may identify You as a TechWriteable Partner and use Your name and logo solely for such purpose in its marketing materials. You also give us a worldwide, non-exclusive, unlimited, and royalty-free license to use Your name, logo, and service marks in connection with the TechWriteable Partnership Program and this Agreement. 
  • Your feedback concerning the Partnership Program is welcome, though optional. If You share Your ideas, suggestions, comments, or other feedback with Us, You hereby assign them to Us, and We will own such ideas, suggestions, comments, or feedback without restriction or obligation of any kind. 

9. CONFIDENTIALITY

As a Partner, You may have access to confidential information about Our business, products, or clients. You agree to keep such information confidential and not disclose it to any third party without Our written consent. 

10. AUTHORITY 

Each party represents and warrants to the other party that the person accepting this Agreement is authorized to do so. As an individual, You represent and warrant that you are at least 18 years of age on the effective date of this Agreement. If You are under 18, You may not participate in the TechWriteable Partnership Program or send any information about yourself to Us, including Your name, address, telephone number, or email address. 

11. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY 

TechWriteable is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, loss, costs, or debt arising in connection with this Agreement or Your participation in the Program, even if advised of the possibility of such damages. This limitation of liability will survive the termination of this Agreement, as well as Your use of the Partnership Program Website and participation in the TechWriteable Partnership Program. 

12. GOVERNING LAW 

This Agreement will be governed by and construed in accordance with the Applicable Law where the proposed partner is domiciled.

13. CHANGE TO TERMS 

TechWriteable reserves the right to modify this Agreement at any time. You will be notified of any changes via email or through Your Partnership dashboard. If any changes to this Agreement of the Partnership Program are not acceptable to You, You may, as your sole remedy for such change, stop using the Services and send a cancellation request to partnerships@techwriteable.com. Continued participation in this Program after such changes constitutes Your acceptance of the new Terms and Conditions. 

14. ACCEPTANCE 

  • By signing up for the Program, You acknowledge that You have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. 
  • Do not continue with the signup process if You disagree with any of the provisions of this Agreement. 

15. DEFINITIONS 

  • “Partner” or “You” means any person or legal entity that has completed the signup process on the Partnership Program Website and participates in the TechWriteable Partnership Program. 
  • “Partner Link” means a link to the TechWriteable Website that contains your Partner ID. You will receive Your Partner ID upon participating in the TechWriteable Partnership Program. 
  • “Partnership Program Website” means https://community.techwriteable.com/partnerships/
  • “Applicable Laws” means all duly promulgated applicable federal, state, and local laws, regulations, rules, ordinances, codes, decrees, judgments, directives, or judicial or administrative orders, permits, and other duly authorized actions of any government authority. 
  • “Applicable Data Protection Laws” means all applicable legislation relating to data protection and privacy policy. 
  • “Commission” means the monetary compensation You receive for sales or other actions covered by the TechWriteable Partnership Program that You generate through the TechWriteable Partnership Program. The structure of the commission and payment details depend on Your partner level, which can be found in Your account. 
  • “Lead” means a potential customer of TechWriteable Services referred to TechWriteable through your Partner Link (and approved by TechWriteable). 
  • “TechWriteable Partnership Program” is a revenue-sharing program developed by TechWriteable that allows You, the partner, to earn commissions for sales or other actions covered by the TechWriteable Partnership Program resulting from Your promotion of the TechWriteable Services according to the terms of this Agreement. 
  • “TechWriteable Marks” means the TechWriteable trademarks and service marks of TechWriteable and TechWrteable’s partners and subsidiaries. 
  • “Techwriteable Website” means https://techwriteable.com/
  • “Third Party” means any individual or legal entity other than the parties to this Agreement. 
  • “Your Account” means Your account on the Partnership Program Website, where Your information is stored, and You can track your activity, including commission information.
  • “Your Website” or “Partner Website” means the website(s) You own and operate and which You register for the TechWriteable Partnership Program. 
  • “Platforms” mean websites, blogs, email, and any social media operated by Us and You.
